Returns & Exchanges
- Return any unsatisfactory

or adjustment. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee so be sure you
order exactly what you want so we dont have to reorder the correct item for
you.

RMA Number
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA),
issued prior to being shipped.
- With all returns, please include:
your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy
of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return -
for example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.
- IF A PACAKGE IS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA FORM YOU COULD BE CHARGED UP TO

Clothing
All items must be unused and include the original packaging. Clothing must
be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no
smoke smell. Shoes must not be worn and include the original undamaged packaging.
You should try your shoes on inside on clean carpet to make sure your shoes
stay clean and returnable. Shoe boxes must not have tape or any other shipping
labels on them you should use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes.
